- It is used for temporary jumper installation on phase-to-phase, energized
lines up to 34.5 kV. Its insulating support holds one end of the jumper
without energizing it for safe handling and mounting on the other end. - It is fixed to the conductor by a twisting clamp with eyescrew using the hot
stick.
